On 23 September 2022, at the evaluation meeting on the scientific and technological achievements of plasma technology organized by the China Recycling Economy Association, the expert group gave the evaluation conclusions of "international advanced" and "domestic leading" respectively to the plasma fly ash melting and medical waste gasification melting technologies independently developed by China Tianying.
Plasma technology is one of the most effective solutions to the "last mile" problem of waste treatment in the world, and China Tianying is the only company in the world that has complete plasma system integration capabilities including torch, furnace and flue gas purification, as well as independent design, manufacture, construction and operation. The company has undertaken the key special project of "Solid Waste Resourceization" of the National Key Research and Development Program - technology and equipment for the stabilization and harmless treatment of solid waste incineration residues; the company has nearly 100 authorized plasma patents; it has compiled six national, industry and local level plasma technology standards, bridging the entire chain of fly ash from melt treatment to resource utilization, providing strong guidance for industrial development.
The evaluation of the "international advanced" and "domestic leading" laid a solid foundation for the subsequent declaration of high level scientific and technological awards for China Tianying's plasma technology and the promotion of the industrialization of engineering projects.
