The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held on October 16th in Beijing, President Xi Jinping made a report to the Congress and Party member representatives of Hai’an Tianying WTE project company watched the opening ceremony and studied the report.

This has triggered a warm response in Hai‘a(chǎn)n Tianying, and employees from all departments talked about their thoughts and comprehension in conjunction with their jobs.
General Manager Cai Xiaorong said that General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasized in the report of that "we put forward and implement the new development concept, focus on promoting high-quality development, promote the construction of a new development pattern, and implement the supply-side structural reform", which is passionate and full of philosophy, and is both the guidance of ideological direction and the instruction of working methods, which should be kept in mind. We should further understand and fully implement the spirit of the 20th Party Congress, internalize it in our hearts, and externalize it in our actions.
