On April 8, 2025, Liang Huiling, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Heilongjiang Province visited CNTY's Anda Integrated Project of wind, solar, storage, hydrogen and hydrogen derivatives. Wang Peng and Zhang Jianmin, Vice Presidents of CNTY, provided on-site updates on the project's progress.
Having received a detailed briefing on the project's development and visited the site in person, Governor Liang highlighted the pivotal status of major projects in advancing regional economic development. She urged governments at all levels to strengthen resource allocation and provide robust support to ensure smooth project implementation. Under the guidance of China's "dual carbon" goals, she highlighted the importance of fostering industrial clusters with competitive advantages and advancing the high-quality development of green industries. Governor Liang expressed confidence in CNTY's capabilities and encouraged the company to accelerate construction efforts, adhere to strict timelines, prioritize safety and quality, and strive for early completion, operational launch, and maximum project impact.
